- Kindly book your appointments in advance through phone.
- Please mention your name , age and contact details for further assistance.
- When booking an appointment for a relative/family member or friends do mention their name and details in order to assist them further.
- We take walk- in patients based on the time slots and doctors availability.
- For procedures time slots will be blocked. In case you are not able to make it, do inform us well in advance so we can accommodate other patients.
- Please keep up with your time slots.
- In case of delay or changes from our side, you will be informed accordingly
