Patients are often bothered by them due to itching and sometimes even bleeding, since they can get caught in zippers, clothes, or necklaces and jewelry. Electrocautery Treatment

This is also known as thermal cautery, refers to a process in which a direct or alternating current is passed through a resistant metal wire electrode, generating heat. The heated electrode is then applied to living tissue to produce varying degrees of tissue destruction. Skin tags, cherry angiomas, warts, molluscum contagiosum and pyogenic granulomas can be removed with cautery. This is a safe simple and painless procedure.
